Oakwood Realty has been steadily growing their realty business for the last 8 years, and were looking to totally redesign their online presence with a new logo and website. They needed a mobile-friendly website (primarily as a sales referral tool) that appealed to both new home buyers and people looking to develop their own homes in the local area.
Result and Response of Redesign
The first step was to create a new brand identity that not only compliment the website, but would also impress new clients whether seen on a business card or the side of a vehicle. We then went about designing a simple, easy-to-use website that worked just as well on a desktop or mobile device. The Owner, Greg, also needed to be able to update listings easily and upload images directly to the CMS without any fuss.
The before and after gives you an idea of the immediate improvement to the look and feel we were able to achieve with the redesign. If you visit the site, you’ll get to experience the usability of the website and the ease of use while searching through properties. As well as looking fantastic on tablets and mobile devices, we also optimized the speed of the site. Even though there’s plenty of nice big pictures for renters to browse, it hasn’t impacted the enjoyment of using the website.
