TG have always been ahead of the curve as a tour operator and a brand. So after a few short years, their original website was looking a little dated and lacking the features their clients and target market would expect. They now also needed to keep availability updated for their 6 chalets and to change prices and service details when they wanted. In addition, they needed a website redesign that allowed them to show off their incredible photography.
Result and Response of Redesign
Having a good existing brand identity and access to plenty of excellent images really helped shape the look and feel of the site. Next, we concentrated on getting the user experience right, which meant organizing key information for their clients and creating intuitive calls-to-action.
New and old customers have all praised us on the look and feel of the design, and our sales enquiries have increased by 30% in the last 12 months as a result. Catch22 continues to support us now, tweaking any small changes we’d like and helping ensure our website is future proof.
