In my experience, whenever I ask people what they think about Twitter, they always respond one of two ways: Either they love it or they don’t get it. I’ve found this is also often true for anyone running social media for their business, whether it’s Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn.
If you’re someone who doesn’t feel like you have a great grasp on social media, I wish that I could deliver to you a magic formula that will attract thousands of loyal followers; but honestly, there isn’t one. The social game is changing every day thanks to constant updates, new features being added and big players such as Facebook who instead of helping small business, actually just seems to hinder them to advance their own profit.
Instead, all we can do is rely on analytics to tell us what works and what doesn’t. So throughout my research and experience, I have gathered together some stats and tips to help you get your social game started.
