Meet our small band of brilliant folks who make Catch22 Marketing such a smashing company. We are a team of web design and inbound marketing lovers with a very real passion for what we do. We want to become known as the best web design company in the Twin Cities, and our mission is to make our customers love doing business with us.
Cameron – CEO / Lead Creative
The one with all the big ideas. He’s completely convinced things should always look beautiful and grow businesses. Thankfully he’s surrounded by brilliant people to make those lofty goals a reality and occasionally tell him no.
Cameron’s been in the web design and SEO game for 9 years. Since moving to the US and setting up Catch22, he’s learning to spell in American and is on a mission to convert the office to English breakfast tea.

Marshall – COO / Project Manager
Marshall is the single biggest reason for Catch22 looking like an industry leader in less than a year. No lip service, Marshall is responsible for our best of breed hosting set-up, our slick billing system, our unlimited vacation policy for employees, keeping projects on track, our monthly client reports and the list goes on. He’s also gained his Inbound, Hubspot and Partner certification from Hubspot.
He is the reason customers love doing business with us, and that the office plants never get watered. Like, ever.

Ariel – Web Design & Inbound Marketing
Ariel is the newest member of the team, and she’s also radically brilliant. She loves and understands how to market local businesses, fashion and food companies. What sets Ariel apart is her default level of talent, and just how fast new concepts become second nature. Honestly, it’s frightening how quickly she goes goes from “what’s that?” to the highest industry standards.
She is already Hubspot certified, she’s the best listener on the team, and always has the best packed lunch. We love her.
